All scores, sheet music, orchestral material, recordings, texts, images, and other material made available through this website (“Content”) are protected by copyright and are the property of Ohad Ben-Ari or the respective copyright holder identified in connection with the Content.

Purchasing or renting Content does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property rights to you. You may use the Content only for the purpose for which it was purchased or rented.

Digital Scores

Rental Materials

Orchestral and other performance materials supplied on a rental basis remain the property of the copyright holder or provider and may be used only for the performance(s) and rental period agreed upon. Rental materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used for additional performances without prior written authorization.

Performance Rights

The purchase or rental of musical material does not in itself grant any public-performance, broadcasting, recording, synchronization, or other rights that may require separate authorization or licensing.

Limitation of Liability
